Digital Products (Printable Templates)

All products sold at LittleWondersPaperie are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and where the consumer has given prior consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon download.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., corrupted download, missing file), please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
