1. General
By placing an order on littlewonderspaperie.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Digital Products
All products sold are digital downloads — no physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your files via a download link.
3. Intellectual Property
All templates and designs remain the intellectual property of LittleWondersPaperie. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the template for your own personal or event use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files
- Claim the designs as your own
- Use them for commercial resale purposes
4. Payments
All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As per EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal is waived for digital content once the download has begun, provided you have given prior consent and acknowledged this at checkout.
6. Limitation of Liability
LittleWondersPaperie is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations.
